It was actually the other day BUT I learned immediately not to try leg raises with a 10lb medicine ball. Thank you cat-like reflexes.

I walked into a gas station the other day. The lady who owns it was behind the till and asked me if I lost a bunch of weight. I said about 10lbs. She said she can tell. Was kinda nice to hear :smile:

I usually workout in the evenings on week days and afternoon on the weekends.
