I use it in all kinds of recipes to add a little protein or as an egg replacer, I'm allergic. When soaked in water it forms a gel like flax but with out the grittyness & all the phytoestrogens. You can even grind it & add it to smoothies. :) SW 160 CW139

You should always vary your workout. Muscles get used to doing the same thing over & over. To challenge them finds a variety of core exercises. Anything from mountain climbers, captains chair, ball pikes, leg raises, plank with straigh & bent arms, etc etc. The internet has tons of info.

YES! Eat your calories. Our bodies are really good at holding on to weight when they aren't getting enough. I too wasn't eating enough when I joined MFP & recently I hit a plateau where I was loosing & gaining the same 2 lbs for a month.
