totally agree the hardest bit is getting to run continuously for 10-20mins...and i dont think it gets any easier...but after that now my body settles into 'hard but doable' instead of just 'STOP!!' mode :D Ran 5k in 40mins 52 secs today, beat my pb by 33 seconds oh yeah

Ive been running for 3 months, did the c25k and now 1/2 way through beginners 10k. I have 10k booked for July...although not fancying the idea of running in the heat. Plans dont work for everyone, its good discipline for me and the 10k beginners has started to introduce some different training like tempo runs, fartlek…
