  • Hi, I read your story and admired what you've done. I'm new to this site and adopt a noob mentors seems something I;m going to need in this quest. This is my 5th day and I already feel quite lonely in the this journey for better health. I would love to have your support and advice.
  • If you are working out a lot, you're probably building up muscle. Muscle weights more that fat. Have you measure yourself? Pounds don't mean much. Measure yourself and compare it to January measurements. Also check your clothes fit. Is your clothing fitting the same not?
