I go for walks by myself all the time. I doubt anyone even thinks twice about it. I like to listen to audiobooks on my phone while I walk.

Bump to try these

Maybe if they were only eating 500 a day or less that would happen after awhile. I doubt it would with a 1000-1200 a day diet though.

15 lbs in 10 days sounds very high....

118 lbs? That's amazing! And here I am with my measly 8, lol. If you can already do that then you're a superstar.

I'm about 8 lbs in to my 50ish pound goal. I have a long road ahead of me. Add me if you wish. Anyone else can as well. :drinker:

Hey! I've only been on here for a little over a month and I'm 8 lbs down into my 55 lb lost goal. I'm also 29, married, no kids yet, and from Alberta (Canada). I can send you a friend request.

Some things I've been doing. To help me stay in my calories I plan my week of dinners ahead of time and then backtrack to plan my lunches and breakfasts. Then I add in snacks during the day with the remaining calories. It doesn't always work perfectly but it seems to help me. I try to keep lots of fruit and veggies in the…

I have just started that myself as well. I did day 1 a couple days ago and I've been so sore that I had to take 2 days rest. I'm going to go for day 2 tomorrow and push myself through it.

I try to plan my meals out in advance so that I don't overeat too much during the day. You could try something like that. Think about what you're going to have for dinner the next day and see how many calories it will be so that you know how many you have alloted for lunch, breakfast, snacks, etc. As for today, it's too…

lol I'm sure you now have more than enough friends to be occasionally supportive of. :D I'm the same way pretty much. I love having friends, sometimes checking out what other people are eating and sometimes going through and throwing in a "yeah!" and "way to go", but I can't do it all the time as I do get busy with work…

I've been planning and logging my dinner's ahead of time then backtrack and plan my lunch and breakfast based on how many calories I have left after dinner. If I have any leftover I usually add in some snacks during the day or maybe have some frozen yogurt after dinner. If I end up not eating something or one of my meals…

[o] I have started "Hogger Must Die!"

You could try building them into your daily calories maybe? A little bit here and there isn't going to do any harm if you're allowing for it. But yeah, one solution is just not to keep those types of foods in the house.

1. 20s (almost 30s) 2. 180 3. Alberta, Canada 4. Sedentary (desk job) 5. Not very often. I'm trying to change that but right now I probably take a long walk 2 or 3 times a week. 6(1). Yes 6(2). Usually Dinner is the biggest but I try to balance them as evenly as I can. 7. Usually only 3. Sometimes I'll have a snack in the…

I'm the same way. Over the last year I've mostly given up drinking regular soda (I usually only drink diet and only once in awhile) and the odd occasion when I drink a regular it has so much sugar that it makes me feel a little bit ill afterwards. It's the same if I have too much ice-cream or another dessert that has a lot…
