  • I'm 5'7" with a small frame , so shooting for 115-120 and starting at 140. Grad school is no bueno for the waistline, I started last year at 120!

  • Also there are sometimes swim clubs/teams for "masters" (read 18 and up) that will run you through a coached workout and offer guidance on form and strokes, so it may be worth seeing if you have one of those in your area.
