  • Finished week 5! Slowing down my pace definitely helped me complete it this week. I can't wait to start week 6 and hopefully I can up my pace a little bit.

  • I just finished w3 and started on w4, but i'm having trouble breathing and cant get through the full workout without wheezing and i dont have asthma, at least i dont think. I didnt know if anybody has any breathing tips for when running, that might possibly help! I really wanted to stick with it. Any help?
