I keep a can of raw almonds in the freezer for times when I realize I can't eat all my calories in a healthy way, it comes in handy!

C25K has good intervals of walking and jogging and progresses as slowly as you need it to (just repeat the exercises in each week until you feel ready to move on) I am starting week 3 day after tomorrow, and I love it!

Hey, how do you all figure out what weight will be below obese for you? Some chart here on this site? I can only find BMI calculators when I google it, which tell me I am about 2 points into the obese category, but not what weight would drop me down to just being a fatty :)!!

Thanks for the great feedback, everyone! I don't feel so bad for eating late at night with my husband now. Besides, eating at ten is still almost three hours from when I usually finish up my schoolwork and fall into bed anyways... :)
