I forgot to check in yesterday. Well, I did remember, but I was super warm under the covers with my husband and dogs so I decided it'd be easier to just apologize today :D I've had a pretty good day, the snacks weren't as healthy as they could have been but I'm only 29 calories over and I'm about to go run off around 300.

I did really good today, I went over my daily goal by 50 calories but then ran off 350 :) I drank lots of water and went for a walk also. I had a pretty decent day, although I didn't eat often enough or have time for vigorous exercise. I did walk with my daughter to the library, about 6 blocks each way. I stayed within my calorie goal and got a ton of homework done :).

Thanks guys!!! Cccaroline, thanks for the feedback, I needed that :). As for scheduling, I have a two year old. It would be fantastic but you can't really effectively schedule a toddler :) for example, homework may take 3 hours instead of 1 if she is grumpy!
