You look Fabulolus! Your highest weight is close to what I started MFP on (I was heavier) and our target weights are also very close. You have inspired me a new! Thanks so much for sharing! Now I am even more determined to get this weight off-- I want to look as good as you do!! Well Done!!

Lots of good suggestions so far. Really like the idea getting inexpensive ones on Amazon. We (my husband and I ) have been getting DVD' s at Walmart (mostly Jillian, but also some of The Biggest Loser, etc.) all for about $9.95.

Why...Yes. Actually I Did exercise this morning. I rode our recumbent bike for 70 minutes for a total of 16.5 miles, and my Husband (StevLL) also rode the bike as well before he went in to work. :smile:

Absolutely. He is also on MFP so we are on this Journey together. He inspires me daily and I hope I inspire him as well. Sure does make it easier with Both of us doing it together.

Really great stuff--esp. cuz I have oliy skin and usually "lose" my makeup--this hangs in there! Plus if you Should forget to wash it off--no biggie, it's good for you skin, so it's ok to sleep in (once in awhike!). Worth the price.

Basically this sums it up for me too. I was lucky enough to Marry my Best Friend..we will have been married 11 years tomorrow, and every day I still learn something new and different about him. Absolutely Love my Husband's Tattoo. Think it's very sexy on him. I don't have any myself, but then I live with daily injections, so the thought of more needles in my life is not very appealing right now.

I thought of Bute (we have a horse that is not feeling so good right now, and I need to get more bute to keep on hand). Busted open the tube it came in--used the bute to dull the pain and attempted to saw off my foot with the plactic shard from the tube!
