Hi Dee, Updated the challenge thread with a list of challenges and the dates. We have about five challenges and are rotating through them, but your idea is a good one. I say maybe we try going through all the challenges and then see if people want to do it the way you suggested.

I'll stat us off. I did a 26 mile ride today trying a new course that had several long and difficult hills. I climbed to a total of 750 feet. Wich is the highest I have ever gone. In reward I was able to go down hill at 35.7 mph!

Well I didn't do my long bike ride today. I was in a pissy mood last night and the motivation wasn't their. Instead I slept in and had a late start to the day. As someone who has 158lbs to loose all I can share is my experience. A busy weekend but I was finely able to get back on the bike after a week of no activity. Frankly it felt like I had to be dragged out of the house to get back on after my time away but within half a mile I was in love again.

I completed an NSV victory. I was able to complete my 500th mile (504 to be exact) of bike riding. I got back on the bike 91 days ago and have taken 36 rides since then for a total of 45 hours. I spent a beautiful day in Monterey by the beach. A cool day without any clouds. I got to walk on the beach with the feet in the water for an hour and then spent several hours walking around the coast and in town.

I look forward to being able to exercise in the afternoon without it being 95. But I also don't look forward to the early evenings and the cooler weather that cuts in on my exercise time options. It's 10pm and i'm still waiting for a clients call. It's been a busy day so I haven't had a chance to exercise which means I am over at the moment because I had few food choices when running between clients, and haven't had a chance to at least correct the damage. Their goes my streak.
