I love pizza too, but just having it once won't make you gain 10 lbs. In fact because you feel so bad now the next days you will workout harder, because of the pizza, and might even lose more weight :)

I had the same problem as you last year. I had a really good friend then when she got a boyfriend we stop hanging out. After a while she stop texting me too. It hurt having a friend just disappear. She broke up with him about six months ago and we haven't been talking much just because I don't want to get to close again…

I think a rest day is a must, at least for me it is. I take at least one day a week and depending on how hard I work that week I might take two. I take Tuesday off, and some weeks Sunday too.

Well right now I'm reading "The Fountainhead" by Ayn Rand, It's okay but it is one of my friends favorite. The book I read before that was "I am Number Four" which I really did like. The best books I read this year so far is the Mistborn trilogy by Brandon Sanderson.

My first goal is to get a new tattoo, that would be at 225 lbs for me. Then at 200 lbs I'm getting another one! I Also buy a new shirt every ten pounds.

Late-night calories won't change your metabolism or magically count more than calories eaten during the day. However, limiting late-night meals and snacks may be an effective weight management strategy for some because it helps them to control their overall calorie intake

They say 1-2 lbs a week is healthy but that is if you are a little over weight. If you have a lot of weight on you then losing 5 lbs a week is fine. But make sure you are being healthy while you do it. You will slow down after you lose more weight because it will be harder for you to do. So at first 5 lbs a week is fine…

This is how I started with walking. I started walking after dinner every night. At first in was only a mile walk. Then when that was easy for me I move to a 2.25 mile walk. It takes me about 40 minutes to do and I do after each dinner still. I go to the gym and run 4 days a week now. So days that I don't go I do a good 6…

The only time I have ever had shin splints was with Brooks running shoes. I will never buy them again! However I love my New Balance shoes that I have. They are the best running shoes I have ever had.

Shoes are very important. Not all running shoes are a lot of money but you do need to get running shoes. If you don't the right shoes you can get a lot of problem like shin splints, which are not fun. It may cost $80 but they can last a long time.

I don't know how much I drink. I only drink water when I'm thirsty or when I'm at the gym. I really don't aim for a total I care more about the color of my pee. As long as it is clear I'm doing good. I drink it with crystal lite or just plan.

One thing you can do if you don't think you will have enough energy if you workout in the day is just go for a walk . You would be surprised at how much walking can help you lose weight. I would start with just walking first anyways and when you get use to that I would move on to something a little be harder and work your…

if you are under 1200 cal for the day then you really do need to eat something. If you have more then that then you are fine. Don't force your self to eat more than you want.

I weigh my self once a week, it seems to be good for me. Other people like two weeks, I wouldn't go longer than that. I have read that you can weigh your self once a day but you need a scale that goes to the one hundredth so you can see your progress.
