  • I've been at this for a while, really taking hold now and would like to share my enthusiasm and encouragement with friends. So far I've lost 56 lbs.

  • Well, I'm a certified beer judge and homebrewer of 25 years, so definitely yes, but I'll need to cut back and save those calories so I can still enjoy the craft. I'll be bottling a Maibock in a few days.
