I don't gain weight in my butt so it was very flat, after doing the squat challenge then moving to weights and now I'm squating 100 pounds and I had to buy bigger jeans cuz my butt wouldn't fit into my old ones! They work :)

If your cutting back carbs and overall sugar intake then you need to up the fat in your diet to "survive" lol lower carbs does work in losing weight. I've seen a lot of ppl lose a lot of weight on a no sugar no carb diet. "Abs are made in the kitchen" they say. To really lose that little but left on your stomach you will…

There is always good old salads and meats with veggies options. That's what I ate at a resort a month ago, lots of caesar salads with chicken, and steamed veggies with some kind of meat. It's definitely harder when your not cooking for yourself but I'm sure there will be a lot of options for you.

Throw it out lol that's what I did...especially if your using weights and gaining muscle. It's just a let down and not useful. I use my clothes as a scale of how much I'm losing or old pictures, way more accurate.

I switched and am so used to almond milk that it tastes like regular milk to me, and get calcium from cheeses. Also for op maybe try spelt breads, less total sugar count then normal bread but still giving you carbs. Best of luck!

I've been on a no sugar/carb diet for almost 2 months now. I'm so used to not eating any breads or grains that it doesn't even cross my mind. I'm only having trouble with craving cake...but I'm able to stay away. I cook some treats using coconut flour or almond flour and sweeten with stevia. Which has worked out great.…

I would pretend to eat it in front of him to see if he changes his mind, if he still doesn't want then the old me would eat it all, the dieting me would throw it away. If I ate everything my son didn't want id be gaining a pound a day lol
