This reminds me of a scene from a movie I saw a long time ago where this guys makes a statement along the lines of; How do I know I am good at sex? I finish every time.

Cut them up, stuff them into a mason jar and then fill the jar up with red wine vinegar and let them sit for a week or two. They make great sandwich toppers like that.

If she see's you more than a time or two she will figure out with a quickness you are only 18 just because of your lack of life experience. If you want to impress an older lady, the worse thing you can do is start it all with a lie.

Unattractive for a woman indeed.
-
Your profile say you are female, should we assume this is correct? You might want to edit that.

37 would still be a young lady in my book. Certainly not a cougar yet.
-
OP, Dude where did you run off to? I have found the perfect cougar for you who could also be referred to as a GILF. She says she likes guys your age, but first needs to know if you are down with her Depends, false teeth and the constant smell of Vicks Vapor Rub. She also said to let you know that if you are a really good…

Son, you are only 18. If you lack the know how and confidence to hook up with a cougar, leave it alone for a few years until you know what you are doing. You are likely just chasing a pipe dream that you are going to hook up with an older woman who is going to teach you all kinds of new tricks. That stuff you read in porn…

A good salad to go with a great steak is mandatory in my book.

Is it un-manly to like salad? Are you serious? I really enjoy a good salad and if anyone wants to try to confiscate my man card over that I say bring it on.

It would help to know what kind of strength training you are doing to aggravate your sciatic nerve. Do you know for sure that it is indeed your sciatic nerve causing pain. It could be piriformis syndrome too, which causes sciatic like pain. Do a Google search for sciatic and or piriformis stretches which can help you. I…

I have been seriously considering yoga along with the power lifting I already do. I am not in the least concerned of losing my man card if I do go for it.

I agree with this 100%. Do what you can get done as long as you are able to sufficiently recover. If your capability to recover suffers a little, you could probably add back in a few calories and still be good with your cut.

For the long term heavy drinkers, know that cirrhosis of the liver can also lead to the big belly. Ever see the guy who is skinny every where and has the big belly, chances are he has thrashed his liver.

I really like mine topped with dark brown sugar, butter, cinnamon and chopped mixed nuts.

OP, JoRocka, and Stef have given you solid advice. To add to what they have told you, if you have joined Stronglifts, film your technique from the side and post a form check video on the forum. With a video, people will be able to give better advice as they will see what exactly you are doing. It could be you have a…

You can log how ever many minutes of strength training you did under the cardio section. Log it as strength training. It works out to about 309 calories for 60 minutes of training. Then simply log your work out under the strength training section to keep as a log.

Probably not, after almost 30 years of marriage I am not sure I still have game. But I do have the same sweat pants which I think in order to save some young gal from seeing my booty sweat stains, I am just going to cut the *kitten* out of them. And as a plus, she will in fact see my fine looking glutes unless in my…

As that older guy rocking the light gray sweats at the gym today, I must say I feel rather let down that the younger chick checking out my *kitten* was more interested in my booty sweat stains than my fine looking glutes which I have worked so hard for.

It is good for bulking up your mono-ab if you're not careful.
-
Logging weight training in the strength training section will not tell you how much you burned, but it is a decent place to log and track your progress. For calories burned from weight training, go to cardio and enter strength training and for how many minutes.

Stir in a little sauerkraut and top with a big spoon of pickle relish. I am sure that it will not taste any better, but the look on your face with the first spoonful would be priceless. Cottage cheese, yuck.

Set of high reps are going to put you in the range for gaining mass from hypertrophy. Reps in this range are not going to give you so much strength as it will muscular endurance. So based on your question, I do not think this is the right course of action. My recommendation would be to simplify your decision making. Asking…

I love you!

My hair is half way down my back. I put it in a pony tail, then tie it off with 3-4 more bands going down.

Truth. What does not get measured, does not get done.

I agree with this 100% My time is 7:00pm like clock work. Whether I feel like it or not. OP, with your sciatica, have you been examined by a doctor and maybe scanned by MRI. I had a severely ruptured disk at L5 S1 which left me with permanent damage and scarring to my sciatic nerve. I feel your pain daily.

Look around for used equipment on Craiglslist or other classifieds. You can purchase used for much cheaper than new. It does not have to be pretty, just heavy. You need a sturdy bench and can get away with squat stands instead of investing in a power rack. Just make sure the stands have safety catches and are adjustable.…

An easy method to know if your heart rate is in a good zone while running is; if you can easily talk, it is not high enough. If you can not talk or words come out very labored, it is too high. If you can have a labored conversation, you are in the zone you need to be in. Leave the monitor at home, you do not need it.

I have had a broken collar bone, a broken arm and a few fractured ribs. Had an inguinal hernia repaired and then blew out the repair a little over a year later, but the most debilitating thing I have ever gone through was a spinal injury at L5S1 which ultimately resulted in surgical repair after injections and followed by…
