Very difficult but a great workout. It does eat up a lot of time. Each workout is at least an hour and the Yoga X is an hour and half with 1 day off or a stretching day. Beans - Have to serve them on the side though the rest of the family wont really eat them.

Nutty as it sounds when I eat back most of the calories that I burn the weight comes off a little faster.

Yoga X is my nemesis, but each week I'm able to do another move or hold a pose just a little longer. Stick in there is will come with time.

I really like my Asics. They fit a little tighter around the heel which helps when running.

WW is a great program. My sister has lost nearly 30 lbs on the new program. If you have a smart phone I believe you can download a calculator. They base point values on fat, carbs, and protein not calories. Fruits and lower carb veggies are free (corn potatoes etc... have point values). Hope this helps.
