Thank you everyone - I just feel so guilty about not working out, but I'm going to let my body rest for another couple of days and hopefully kick it up on Sunday. Going for a leisurely walk in a little bit though. The sun is calling me to come out and enjoy.

Could you make them using Hebrew National Fat Free Dogs. They are really good and only about 40 cal. I say go for it just try and cut back the calories where you can.

Oh my gosh - I'm so sorry. I think you just have to remember that you don't want the little guy to suffer needlessly. Putting him down is the right thing to do even though it is very very difficult.

I was in your boat just a couple of weeks ago. It is a consist battle. Set some smaller goals - Say you want to lose x number of pounds before the end of the year or this week I will stay within my cal. range. Also are you eating back your calories that you are working off? If not that may be the reason you are snacking…

Motivation is hard thing. Dig down deep. Just looking at your before and after picture can motivate you. You've lost 5 lbs and look how different your face is in your pictures. You can tell a huge difference. Pick yourself up and dust your self off. Hang in there. We all lose are motivation from time to time.

I would say it is a fad. I know what you are talking about though I have seen it also, but do you really think it works? Probably not or everyone would be taking it right. Its the same with wrinkle creams if they really worked everyone would be using them.

I'm also doing P90X and honestly I do use both weights and the bands. If I had to pick just one though I would stick with the weights. I don't really use anything heavier then 10lbs.

Just about any recipe from skinnytaste.com. Just made the spaghetti squash lasagna and it was delicious and easy to make.

Look for resistance bands that have a ball and strap mechanism - I found mine at target. You place the ball and strap on top of a door jam. Once you close the door it holds the band in place. This is hard to explain but you will understand once you see the band.

Low fat and fat free dressings have a ton of sugar and other ingredients I can not even pronounce plus I think they are nasty tasting. I normally make my own and dip my fork in dressing then salad. It works for me. If you don't want to make your own still try the fork technique I use less then a T. when I do this.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I have tried other products but I always end up feeling really hungry and gassy. So I'd rather spend a little more money and not have either of those feelings. I'm going to give a try.

Are you taking any vitamins? I swear by B12 the type you put under your tough. I take it every day and I really think it makes a difference. I also take calcium and a multi. Honestly I've been a little tired but I think it is related to the season changing. Hope this helps.

Bump. Like to see responses - have not lost a thing in 4 weeks completely frustrated. I normally eat all of my calories though.

It is sooo hard when you are a shorter person. I can relate to that. I'm only 5'2" and every single pound shows up on a smaller frame. Hang in and do the best you can.
