  • Hi all, day 2 for me. I did a gym session yesterday - 45 minutes of cardio and today I've been swimming and done 1500m. Food has been good - although the danger time for me is always the evening so I've come on here to keep motivation strong! Hope everyone else is doing OK. 48 days to go!
  • Hi all, I'd just love to join this, great idea. I've been really struggling lately and a 50 day challenge seems perfect - it's long enough to make a difference and short enough feel achievable. I know it's a longer journey than that, but a kick start would be fantastic.
