Yikes! Sounds scary! I will be joining you in month 2 next week. So question...when you take a rest do you just stop for a minute while they keep going, or do you push pause so you don't miss anything. Just curious what other people do. I actually just got done watching two of the month 2 DVDs just to check it out and I am SCARED!! Tomorrow is my rest day, and then Wednesday I start the Core Cardio and Balance week, so I have a little time to mentally prepare. :) Can't wait to hear what you thought about it!

So, I am in my 4th week now, and I am so frustrated as I haven't lost any weight. I know this could be because muscle weighs more than fat, but it's hard when you've busted your butt and the scale won't budge. My diet has been great 90% of the time as well, which is much better than it was before starting insanity. Did…

I had my second fit test today and had a little improvement in each area, probably mostly because I forced myself to beat my first score! I definitely think the fit test is worse than any of the month one workouts (haven't done month 2 so don't know about that). Keep up the good work everyone!

Hi everyone! I'm so glad I found this thread! I just finished week 2 of insanity today and have my much needed rest day tomorrow. I am so sore!! I have lost 1.5 lbs so far. WEEK 1 UPDATE: 135 Eew Mondays are a horrible weigh in day for me. My start weight last week was 134. By Friday I was 132, but after this weekend I am back at 135. Weekends are awful for me, so I suppose my non scale goal should be not to let the weekends ruin my efforts. I'm soooo disappointed. On another note, my hubby…
