  • This is so cool. Thanks to everyone who accepted my invite etc. The temperatures some of you guys run and cycle in are mental. In my part of the world if we get to 20 degrees we're happy.
  • I know, love seeing other people's maps.
  • Hello Garmin Users. There is also an MFP Group on Garmin. Check it out. http://connect.garmin.com/modern/group/158156/members
  • Hi. I love to run and I love to cycle. I don't like hefting heavy weights as I find it boring. I think if you enjoy it and you're out doing it then it must be doing you some good. Does it really matter if you're burning a little extra? Think there's a lot of over analysis that goes on in these pages.

Needing to walk during your run is not failure. It doesn't make it a bad run. The hardest thing I found when doing this program is when to…
  • I started my running in winter. A treadmill was ideal. You get a lot of people saying treadmills are awful, run outside and thats fine. End of the day you just need to RUN.
  • Hello. Really good set of comfortable headphones and some high tempo music combined with the Couch to 5K training plan. Worked for me and I'd never been a runner. It's taken me about 6 months to go from zero to comfortably running 5K. Not a fast 5K but I get there.
