  • I'm on 1250kcals a day :) have an open diary and anyone feel free to add me also! Usually have same breakfasts tbh porridge or eggs, but I change up lunches and dinners and I have different recipes for green smoothies which I usually have as one of my snacks each day :)
  • Can't believe your family are like that to you for a start! But I think you look amazing :) and definitely not tooo skinny! A perfect weight just try and maintain that now maybe and not lose anymore, but even if you wanted to once its healthy its whatever weight your happy at that's most important !! :D screw anyone else x
  • food wise : detox's are good to flush out anything bad in your system and give you a fresh kick start to losing weight :) grapefruits and green teas are good for burning fat initially too.
