agree on the attitude But OP I think you need to incorporate some daily exercise into your weight loss. I am a believer that you need to get the mental part of diet first and get the right attitude towards weight loss, which it doesn't seem you have yet.

Well this is great progress and all, however I would check your measurments for progress because I can lose a pound after going to the washroom, or gain one drinking a couple of glasses of water.. Keep up the good work

I woke up one morning and couldn't feel my arm, felt like a piece of dead weight attached to me. I thought for a few moments I had a stroke or something.
