Nothing wrong with the scale, it is the sodium in all that pizza and wings you been eating. Combine that with all the carbs maxing out your glycogen levels that also add a few pounds in water. This happened to me before and only advise I can give is to ignore the scale for a week and go back to your regular training.

This^^ HRM only measures your heartbeat. Then depending on model it is just put into calculations against know cardio like running, biking and info that you input like VO2 max and such. Some models are better than others at this but it is all just guesses. You should only wear it doing cardio as that is what it is designed…

If your not hungry don't eat. Exspecially if you pigged out last night. Nothing wrong with being under calories sometimes. Drink a bottle of water and forget all about it.
