I will log my weight tomorrow morning.. today was an off day and I got up late and wasn't able to get on the scale and follow my usual routine.. I'm down for the new calorie burned challenge and continuing the water one as well.... everyone have a wonderful night and Look forward to an even greater Tuesday :)

I'm done with day 3 of the sugar challenge, and I feel good (really miss my Cuban coffee shots, but oh well). I'm just sticking to fruits/veggies for my sweet fix. I'm tracking the grams of sugar I get from other foods and I am averaging 15grams per day, I think that's pretty good :-D

I cant believe how quickky this is all done :( and Im sad to say that I have started to lose some of my motivatioin. I have managed to stay at a good weight but have 15 more lbs to go.. Thanks for your input, I'm just going to aim to eat no added sugar or sweet/junk food at all. I will indulge in fruit and will limit my sugar intake to 20grams. Hopefully I will make it :)

quick Q, what do you suggest that we set the allotted sugar per day in our food dairy, this well really help me keep track. I guess I am going for level 5! cut down all sugars except for natural ones like fruit!
