Hmm, it looks like perhaps I am not eating enough. A lot of you changed your diet plan from 1200 to more. Perhaps I should try this for a few days and see if that will help me get started here :)

I am a counselor. My hours change each day, so to workout I have to plan ahead. I have been trying to also have healthy snacks at work near me so I don't eat crappy foods.
