You won't build much of anything in 18 days, so don't worry about bulking up. Lift more weights and eat lower calorie. Don't booze up too much. Then, a week before, start relaxing because they is not much you can do. Try to enjoy it!

Well, then don't call it a diet. Call it "eating better for my own health and happiness". If they still look down on you, tell them to suck it. In 30 years you can laugh again because they'll be complaining of health issues and you won't.

Cut protein powder intake and eat more chicken (more filling). Likewise for peanut butter. Skip sugar instead of buying stevia..or use real sugar. Why coconut oil? Use regular oils until you can afford more. Not worth the extra price... Now you have room to buy big packs of veggies and meats at Costco

Sizes 12-2 (and everything in between!) Right now, I'm back around 4-6. Getting back to size 2 has been an expensive goal :)

You had a bad experience because you went to Davids Bridal. Enough said... Go somewhere else

Pick a race then look at the timing regulations. It will tell you how much time you have for each event.
-
Drink pre-workout drinks with caffeine to get through your workouts and still be on a calorie deficit
-
Make sure youre sleeping enough and maybe drink some coffee. Eating more is not necessarily the solution. I can't see your food diary, but maybe split your breakfast up into a small breakfast + one snack that you can hae right before the workout. Better TIMED meals is key for energy during a workout!! Trust me, my workouts…

Take the guesswork out and get something like a BodyBugg or BodyMedia (my preference). If Im huffing and puffing moderately, thats 500 cals/hr. Lightly then it's about 300 cal/hr.

go you!

Me finishing an Ironman!!
-
I'd get a BodyMedia FIT or a BodyBugg to actually track your calorie expenditures. MFP can be highly inaccurate when calculating calories burned.
-
Well even if it has a margin of error, the trend was that you lost that number +/- 5%. That's a significant drop, so congratulations! Most body-fat measurement techniques are inaccurate, but if you use the technique consistently and see a drop, then you probably had a significant drop. I'd just leave it at that..

love it
-
Lift heavy weights and put them back down.

My fiance thinks so
-
let that thought fuel you to get to your goal. Let it be fire in your belly!!
-
Just think of the wedding dress. Take a picture now in one at the store. Just the THOUGHT of seeing me like that in my wedding pictures for the rest of my life got me in GEAR!
-
The only thing that will help is a strong commitment to YOU. I have 4 months to go myself but I'm almost there! Go get that goal!
-
When I did the Ironman I shot for 140 bpm for almost 15 hrs..
-
this. or at least, bring your own food like a Subway sandwich

Protein/carb refuel, ice bath, water

few times a week or every few weeks...depends on how I'm feeling :)
-
It does sound daunting. I didn't think I was going to finish my first tri (Oly distance like you) but I did. Then I doubled the distance and still did it.... then I doubled the distance again. Well, Ill tell you in 5 weeks if I do that one, but you get the drift. You'll do fine.
