Two c-sections, a partial nephrectomy , an appendectomy, and a hernia repair - I don't think I'll ever be completely flat! :sad:

Its been a great inspiration to keep me moving and walking! I take walks at lunch and I use the steps more - who knew that having something to make me walk would be so much fun?

We all have moments where we feel out of control. Just remind yourself that its a journey and there are going to be ups and downs - just get back on the right path... You can do it! :smile:
