Congrats! You look great!

Yep - feel free to add me! I have a cheat day on Saturdays, but I log every other one :)

Also understand that its full of chemicals - that's why it can be low/no calories. Some people make that decision to compromise whole foods for additions to their diets. No judgement - just think about that when you're eating it.

I'm 1200 too - I've found if I'm upping my exercise ( lots of weight and cardio) I need to have between 1200 and 1500. Just listen to your body ( not your desire for food) and it'll help you figure it out!

We have three kiddos with two being teenagers. Our 13 year old is the most challenging but 'healthy' can be Mexican ( tacos for him, taco salad for us) Spaghetti and meatballs ( regular pasta for the kids , spaghetti squash for us). Stir fry with veggies that we all like ( and if its one he does't like, he picks it out).…

I've found that if I don't stay active as the day goes on, I lose the calories I've burned ( gotten credit for) that I started with. Is there a difference in time of day?

No fast food. Watch your sodium. Track every bite. And move. All these things will make a difference. I've plateaued the last month. I know why - more food, less deficit can do that.

Great job!!

I don't have anything to add - just want to say its nice (honestly) to see people being so helpful! :)

Awesome!

Hubby has changed his diet and walks for 30 minutes at lunch everyday. He's already lost 30 pounds. :)
-
Forgot my clothes and my lunch - but I have shoes under my desk so I'll be walking at lunch!

I think you answered your own question with your response. If you aren't tracking, you don't know how many calories you've put into your body - so you're probably eating more to maintain. Also, if you've been sick, you probably have been more sedentary that you've been previously, so less burn.

I'm wearing jeans ( comfortably) that I haven't worn in almost 4 years! Yay me!

For me, its all about balance. Listening to your body and if you *need* to eat them back ( your stomach is growling or you're feeling weak), then do it. Some days I do, some days I don't...

Another great soother is some kind of broth - warm chicken broth which is also low calorie can provide the need that you're looking for from feeling under the weather.

Air popped popcorn - no butter - just add a little salt - it goes a long way!

40 pounds is a big difference - you might be holding yourself to standard - think about little things like a watch or a belt tightening an extra notch. I've lost twenty so its super evident in photos yet but I can see the subtle changes. I think you might just have to look a little closer. :)

We are more like this - between Costco and three grocery stores - we can easily spend $500 every two weeks for five people. We buy mostly fresh everything and organic/grassfed meat. We pack our lunches and only eat out on the weekends. It may seem like more than normal, but I see it an investment in our lives.

I've had mine since May and love it - I've also heard that if there is issues with it that you can call customer service and they will do replacements. It really does remind me to keep moving!

Add meeee!!!
