My first date with my husband, we went to Chipotle and I shamed him by out-eating him; he couldn't even finish his burrito. And then he got diarrhea so bad be literally crapped himself while giving me a ride home. Five years of marriage and 1.9 kids later, I'm still crazy about him. Go figure. Clearly food choices do not…

                Ya think?

Then there is literally not one singe reason why the 21 day fix is necessary for you (or anyone, really). You already have the calorie thing down, now just give it time to work. Because it DOES work. You got this.

I really wouldn't bother with it. It sounds gimmicky and overly restrictive from what I know of it. Just start eating at a calorie deficit that's reasonable for your height/weight, and go from there. It's way easier, and there's no "21 days" of misery.

                Absolutely. I work everything.

No joke I would have ACTUALLY done that. I have problems with having things shoved in my face to begin with, plus that is just a seriously d!ck move. I would have slapped it out of his/her hand and claimed it was a reflexive reaction. "Whoopsie, sorry." :p

So, did you have a question....or something? Not sure of the purpose of this post. :/

Go to http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ and enter your height/weight/activity level. Subtract 10-20% from the number it calculates for you, and that is the number of calories you should be eating a day in order to lose weight. With this method you do not eat back your exercise calories, as they are already figured into…

Start NOW! I wish I'd started ten years sooner.

Plan ahead. If you know you have chocolate in the cupboard and know you'll want some, save 200 cals at te end of your day so you can have a moderate portion. If I know I'm going to have a day full of temptations/high calorie foods, I will pre-log my entire day, and hold myself to those portions. It really helps.

Worst case scenario: you've set yourself back by about 2 weeks. That's nothing in the long haul. Don't sweat it.

You can't "tone". Tone is not a thing. What you are looking for is to lose fat on your legs so more muscle definition is visible. Unfortunately, you can't choose where you body decides to lose fat from. That's called spot reduction, and it doesn't exist. :( What you can do is eat at a deficit to lose weight, while doing…

Eat less. "Clean eating" will do nothing if you're not eating at a calorie deficit. Log your food consistently and accurately. Enter your info here http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/ to find out what your calorie intake to lose weight should be (subtract 10-20% from the number it gives you).

Mrrrrowr! Great job, you look great. It's obvious you've put in a lot of work!

If you're still losing weight you're not "in a rut". Lol.

My favorite breakfast is Greek yogurt parfait. Plain Greek yogurt sweetened with a little sugar-free maple syrup, sliced strawberries and blueberries, and if I have the calories for it, maple granola sprinkled on top. I actually prefer it over ice cream, it's so good!

MFP is quite notorious for setting calorie goals FAR too low, regardless of height and weight. For example, it told me to eat 1200, and my BMR (the bare amount of calories I need to LIVE) is 1280. And I am extremely tiny, only 4’11 ½. So unless you are smaller than me, or bedridden, it is almost a CERTAINTY that you are…

I'm sitting at home, eating an enormous Greek yogurt parfait with fresh strawberries, blueberries and granola, soo...nothing, really!

There is almost no way in hell you could be doing Insanity while subsisting off just 1200 a day without passing out. Tighten up your logging, start weighing your food. Also, MFP is quite notorious for setting calorie goals FAR too low, regardless of height and weight. For example, it told me to eat 1200, and my BMR (the…

Woah. Not normal, or healthy. That sounds terrible. I think you'd benefit from seeing a professional to help work past your anxiety, or perhaps prescribe you some meds to help you cope. Good luck.

Maybe you could benefit from some counseling?

Your blood sugar fluctuates vastly throughout the day, so going to the dr for that will help in zero ways. The only thing that is "bad" for your body is too much of anything. There are no bad foods, only bad portions. If eating small snacks helps you from getting too hungry and overeating at mealtimes, then go for it. If 3…
