You look spectacular! More importantly, I can tell you feel better, too! What a great feeling!

Honestly it just takes practice. Self control is like any other muscle, it only gets stronger if you exercise it. Make sure your "healthy" eating isn't overly restrictive, that only encourages binging after a few days. Work reasonable treats into your daily/weekly goals so you don't feel deprived. And there's nothing wrong…

This whole post is hilarious, but that one in particular killed me, too.

I LOVE how the posts politely disagreeing and pointing out logic flaws all have flags. That's not how the flag function works, OP.

At the same time? No, not possible. This why people utilize bulk and cut cycles. Eat at a small surplus and lift like a beast for a number of weeks/months, then eat at a small deficit while lifting like a beast until you cut down bf%. Repeat this until you achieve the physique you want.

You tried eating lower calories for...two days? Girl, come back after 2 months of consistent deficit and if if you see no change after that, then you can get worried. Two days is not nearly long enough to get things rolling.

None of your posts make sense. Is English your first language? This is not a "smart remark", I'm honestly curious, because you don't seem to have a firm grasp on spelling, grammar or punctuation. It it is making your posts very difficult to understand.

If you want to jog anyway, and are fearful of more loose skin from weight loss, you can avoid extra weight loss by eating back the calories you burned from jogging.
-
Nope. Time and genetics will determine if and how much loose skin will tighten up after weight loss. There are no exercises that will help.

Yep. Twist until he was on the ground crying, and/or the cops come. NOBODY puts my child in danger, unless you want to meet angry Momma Bear.

It can only help with weight loss as far as it decreases your appetite for food. A lot of the times the brain can mistake thirst signals for hunger. Also drinking a large glass of water before meals can make your feel full faster, and subsequently eat less at mealtimes. That said, there is no other magical property that…

There are very few meds out there that actually make people gain weight. Most of the time the meds simply increase appetite, and that's why you gain. Even people who "eat what they want when they want" are still regulating their calorie intake naturally and maintaining equal calorie input/output. Medications can sometimes…

Why do you need "fast results"? Where's the fire? Did you put on 50 pounds in 6 months? I doubt it. Why do you need to take it off any faster? Be fair to your body, and give it time to make changes. It'll only help you in the long run, and increases your chances of keeping the weight off long-term.

I'm doing 3x10 of 145. It's not that much, but considering I'm only 5 ft, and 8 months pregnant and still handling it easily, I think that's pretty good. ;) I look forward to my postpartum all-clear so I can up the weights and really challenge myself!
-
Who cares? As long as you're staying at your daily deficit, your body isn't going to know the names of the meals you eat. It makes no difference.

                What medication?
-
Nothing wrong with soda. Work it into your goals and move on.
-
Necessary for weight loss? No. Necessary for looking good naked? Absolutely.

(as in ice cream with the flavor of peanut butter cheesecake) FIFY :)

Not necessarily a "set" weight, but I know I'd have to sacrifice a lot of hard-earned lean muscle to reach a weight that is "ideal" for women of my height. And that's just not something I'm willing to do. So I'm happy being ~10lbs over what on paper I'd like to be.

Here's the thing: while it's great to have someone by your side to cheer you on and hold your hand throughout a difficult struggle, the fact of the matter is that it's YOUR struggle. No one else's. Let's imagine for a moment that your husband was totally supportive, and suggested healthy alternatives, and encouraged you to…

Under 1200 cals, with exercise on top of that? Are you out of your mind? For gawd's sake eat more.
-
                Yeeeeah....no. That is not correct.
-
If you were still at a deficit, there is no reason to feel guilty. Do you not quite understand how weight loss works? Genuinely curious, I'm not being snarky. The things you're saying leads me to believe you might not have a firm grasp on the ins and outs of calories and weight loss.
-
                This! Exactly this.
-
Yep. It's called "less of it"! ;)

Uhh, I got nothing. I eat healthy, and still think about food all the time. Because food is delicious, and fun to eat. If you are truly obsessing over food in an unhealthy or lifestyle-interrupting manner, you might look into counseling or therapy to get to root of the problem.
-
This not correct. Diet is key for losing weight, but exercise is crucial for determining how much of that weight is actual FAT lost, and not muscle. Exercise burns calories, which does remove fat.
-
Side note: 1200 cals a day is NOT moderate. Eat more to fuel badass workouts.
