You can't. Fat will go from where it wants to, depending on your genetics. You just need to be patient. Eat at a moderate deficit, lift heavy weights, and give it time.

Your body will lose weight where it's genetically predisposed to lose weight from. You can't choose where you want it to go from, you just have to be patient. I'd increase your workouts per week instead of looking to throw money at a gimmick "solution". Side note, your in law who SELLS these things is the one promoting…

But you are trying to promote them, by saying how great it is for you, and how it's allegedly working so well. That's what "promote" means.

That's....not how it works. At all.

There's your problem. Stop telling people. 9/10 people HATE hearing that, because it makes them feel guilty about any unhealthy choices they may be making in their own diets. It's no one's business but your own anyway, so I'd just keep it to myself. When offered something outside your goals, politely decline and offer no…

Having pre-made snacks and meals packed in the fridge can help TREMENDOUSLY when you're hungry and want to reach for the chips/cookies. Eat frequent snacks so you don't let yourself get into that "mindless food-beast" mode where you might not make very good food choices. I can relate, I'm 35 weeks pregnant, and if I let…

You must be such fun at parties.

SMH. People will try anything other than actually eating right and exercising.
-
So just don't eat it...? I don't see what the problem is here.

You do know that Mexico is a huge place, with hundreds of awesome, vastly different (and CHEAP!) vacation choices other than like Rocky Point or Cancun, right? Source: Lived in Mexico for seven years. I've been around. ;)

My determination and perseverance. Oh, and my arms and my hair.

I'm 5'0". I was 106 at my lowest (competition and photoshoot weight) and my "happy weight" is 112. Currently 35 weeks pregnant, at about 138. Pics in my profile.

Use the recipe feature in your foods section. Add up all the ingredients in a dish, and it'll ask you how many servings it makes, and automatically divide the calorie and nutrition information per serving for you. You can even directly import an online recipe into your recipe list if you want, it takes about three minutes,…

You do realize that what you're asking for is a service that nutritionists and Registered Dietitians provide for a living, right? And they don't do it for free.

Congratulations. I might point out though, that Mountain Dew is not "bad". No foods are bad, only your intake and consumption can make it bad. Everything can fit into a healthy diet, with a little planning and foresight. Just saying, so you don't think you have to completely give up the things you love!
-
Stop "dieting", then. Eat the foods you love, in reasonable portions, and stick to a deficit.

All berries, summer fruit, or sugar free popsicles.

Longer legs, so jeans would stop dragging without needing to be hemmed. Only about 2-3 inches more, that's all I ask! :'(

It burns about 600 cals over the next few weeks as your body regenerates new blood cells. You definitely do not need to eat all that back, especially not all at once. It could be good to give yourself an extra 100 cals or so for a week or two, but don't fool yourself into thinking you can eat like a whole pizza and still…

Pre-log and allow for a reasonable snack between lunch and dinner. If it helps, pack the snack and go out of the house or on a walk or something, where you won't be tempted to raid the pantry. Stay consistent, and eventually the habit to want to binge later in the day will subside enough to keep it under control.

This makes zero sense. Either you are reading a totally whack study, or you are very confused.

I think you should reevaluate your idea of an ideal weight for your height. You are already classified as underweight.

Absolutely nothing wrong with rice and beans, if you know how to mix up the flavors with awesome spices. Middle Eastern (Indian/Mediterranean/Pakistani etc) food is CHEAP and mouthgasmingly delicious. All it takes is an assortment of dry grains and legumes and combination of spices. The spices can be a little bit of an…

I had it BAD for about 3 years in elementary and middle school. Big freakin bald patches on the top pf my scalp, I looked like a real freak. I was going through some *kitten* and it was my way of coping with depression and stress. Even to this day I can't NOT play with/run my hands through sections of my hair, even though…
