Meds took my body

That's the same as me! I take several pills a day and now I'm massive!

There are very few meds out there that actually make people gain weight. Most of the time the meds simply increase appetite, and that's why you gain.

Even people who "eat what they want when they want" are still regulating their calorie intake naturally and maintaining equal calorie input/output. Medications can sometimes mess with those natural impulses, but if you eat at a deficit, you should still be able to control your weight. It just may take a more concerted effort. You can do it, though.
