Nothing you can do, your natural shape can't be tampered with. I have a pretty thick waist, too. What you can do, instead of shrinking your waist, is building out your legs (particularly quads) and your lats, by lifting heavy and eating at a surplus. This will result in a more feminine X-frame hourglass type shape. It will…

Because I'm a volume-eater and a binger with a propensity to say "aw eff it" after a bad meal and let it it steamroll into a bad day/weekend.

Commando in all workout pants, yes.

"Go to" for what? I'm not about to choose "Can't Stop the Feeling" to play at my Nana's memorial service. :p

No, that does sound amazing! We sometimes eat barbecue potato chips with cottage cheese as a dip, so I can see how Doritos and cream cheese would work.

My mom was always a pretty good cook, and made an effort to always put a balanced meal or at the very least something green on our plates. The"gross" foods didn't really come around until I moved out and realized no one was gonna stop me if I ate McDonald's three times a day, or four Pizza Pockets in one sitting! I also…

Look into HIIT. It's perfect for people with tight schedules, because session only last about 15 minutes.

Lift weights, stay at a caloric deficit, be consistent. That's it! Not always easy, but very simple. I find that if I prep foods beforehand, I'm much less likely to make boneheaded food choices.

Just buy small amounts of fresh veggies? One or two little broccoli crowns, etc. Plan your meals around what you have, and make sure they get eaten before you leave.

My arms are always awesome. no matter how chubby I get. My legs are very short and the backs of my thighs are genetically prone to cellulite, and the MINUTE I slack on my diet/cardio, that's where any extra weight goes, in all its cottage cheese-y glory. -_-

Can your gym offer a trial personal training session to show you the ropes? Or just purchase a very small package to get you on the right track.

Definitely learned to love it. I was a classic junk food-loving slovenly piece of *kitten* until I had my first kid and gained an ungodly amount of weight. I got into fitness and weightlifting strictly for vanity's sake, and stayed because it felt amazing.

Oh boy, if you think that's bad, I hope you never have to see the inside of a stall after a show. The toilet seats get all smeared with tanning spray from all our Snooki-brown butts! :D

Depends if 6 mo+ preggo bellies are your thing

Congrats! I did my 2nd bikini show last April. Do you have a trainer? Who told you to exercise 3 hours a day? At that rate you're going to burn out in a hurry. At my most intense I was only in the gym for 90 min, and that was including my hour of cardio. You may need to run your program by a reputable professional to make…

This was after 2 little boys, and am now currently preg with #3! I'll get this back soon!

Is that the type of diet your Dr. advised you to follow? If yes, they should have contacts to dietitians and suggested meal plans. Most doctors wouldn't just toss you out into the void to follow a new diet without any guidance. Good luck to a speedy recovery!

"It is a poor craftsman that blames his tools." It's only as accurate as the person using it. If you find its predictions not accurate, it's because YOUR habits are not predictable.

I don't take it as gospel, but it's a good visualization tool for me. I like it. \

Are they helping you meet your macro and calorie goals? If yes, then go for it.

I also really like to add a little cottage cheese to my scrambled eggs as they're cooking. About 1/4 cup per 2 eggs. It makes them creamy and gooey! So good.

Fresh peaches, or tomato and cucumber with a little pepper, or a can of tuna. I like it both sweet and savory.

-Chicken cobb salad -Shredded into an egg white omelette with a little cheese on top and steamed broccoli -Chicken, steamed sweet potato and pancake syrup (sugar free, if you prefer) on top. Sound insane, but it's seriously one of my favorite guilt-free comfort food meals. I spice it up with Gilroy's seasoning or crushed…
