i was trying to lose 60 pounds by christmas and i put in lose 2 pounds a week on my fitness pal. i only drink water now before i used to always drink sodas everyday i have not had a soda in a month but i still eat whatever until i get to my goal and im usually over it by 100 cals.

i am 5'9 started at 232 pounds i eat whatever i want until i get to my goal of 1650 cals i workout once in the morning hiit training and wight training for a hour then a 40 minuet workout at night almost everyday.
