  • Ovulation spotting is quite common, I wouldn't be worried about it in the least unless you were having severe cramps with it.
  • I agree with everything (it's pretty much common sense) except for the exercise calorie bit. I don't think it's necessary to eat back the whole lot of burned calories but I would never tell someone NOT to eat them at all. If I have a really hard workout I am generally hungrier at dinner and will mostly likely eat a few -…
  • All the time, I use [] GymPact - Negative motivation [] Runkeeper - Positive encouragement [] C25K - Training Plan [] Slacker Radio - Tunes! [] MFP  - Barcode scanner keeps things easy [] Google Maps - For when I'm somehow lost
  • I'm finding that censor box very sexy  LOL
  • Thank you guys! :blushing:
  • I believe most of us burn about a calorie a minute...if I break down my BMR to the minute 1450 calories / 24 hours = 60.4 calories per hour. When I use my HRM (Polar FT7) I usually subtract my BMR calories from my overall burned calories to calculate the actual workout burn. :flowerforyou: Edit: I don't use a pedometer so…
  • HAHAHA best thread ever
  • I wouldn't change my diet based on that list, although I agree about the soda.
  • Yes. Of course if you read only two lines of what I wrote. SOmeone seriously woke up on the wrong side of the bed today, you don't need to be so hostile to everyone. Take a chill pill.
  • That's not what I said at all, I said every person reacts differently. Some people (like me) have zero problems, some people have a lot. You have to test different birth controls. For me I had tons of problems on just the regular pill.
  • ^^ Every single birth control on the market has a possible side effect of weight gain, it all depends on the person, the eating habits, the body's reaction to the hormones etc. The shot itself does not actually prevent you from losing weight. I was on Depo for years and didn't have any problems.
  • It's a great day for humans :flowerforyou:
  • No offense to the OP because I'm sure we have ALL been overly critical of ourselves and projecting those emotions on other people at some point or another, but this post made me crack up. When I'm working out, especially when I'm doing my C25k, I am lost in my music and am not caring about you in any way. I can guarantee…
  • Thanks everyone for the honest feedback, I loosened the knots on the top a little and it wasn't so "busty" and I had an awesome time in at the water park! I will say for all the girls/women like me who are so hung up on not looking perfect in a bathing suit, just do it! Honestly when I put my wrap in the locker and headed…
  • It's actually quite comfortable and doesn't feel small but I'm going to try and find another suit before I leave this weekend since the mfp consensus seems to be not good to wear  Thanks everyone!
  • Edit: I fixed your img tags but you must have moved it...
  • Haha, that's what I was thinking  I only just switched to the pill a few months ago, I took depo for years and years, and I never heard of just skipping the off week before, you can do that?
  • I wouldn't worry about it hun, like all things on mfp, it will blow over in a couple days :flowerforyou:
  • Yeah I really should get fitted again because with all the weight gain/loss I really have no clue what size I am anymore. Does anyone have any good suggestions for where to buy a cute one piece at the last minute that won't break the bank?
  • LOL it's supposed to be busty, it's a VS suit, but i agree it's bit snug, I've had a hard time losing that loose fat around my chest area. If I buy a looser strap it's not tight enough.
  • I did think of this problem but I haven't had any luck finding a cheap one piece that didn't look like my grandma would wear it LOL Figure I can always hold the top on the way down?
  • I don't know what Shakeology is but in my experience, any sort of shake replacement actually makes me consume MORE calories over the day because they never never never fill me up so I always end up eating a meal too. Needless to say I eat real food now.

  • I realize how silly that will sound to some people but a little bit of my back story includes being told I was fat when I only weighed 120 lbs at 5'8" and having to throw up my meals.
  • ^^^^^^^^^^^ Thank you. The mentality of "I'm big and beautiful" pushed the politically correct thinking so far to one side that it's not ok anymore to tell someone, hey you may be curvy but extra large mcdonalds is not curves, it's fat. *And no, I would never say anything in such a harsh tone, I'm just making a point.…
  • That awkward moment when you accidentally elbow the woman standing waaaay too close to you in the check out line in the boob. BOOYAH!
  • I think she looks fantastic, I personally prefer a little bit softer female (when dating) but I greatly admire anyone where hard work and discipline is obvious.
  • You look great! There's so many Fun Runs in San Diego area now I can't afford to do them all
  • I have really sensitive skin so I don't wear much except powder and undercover but when I do go all out it's just the eyes I do anything to . Never penciled my eyebrows and I HATE lipstick. Even when I was younger I never really understood the thick face makeup to impress a man - at some point he's going to see you without…

  • I am usually in the office by 5am so I work out after work. So when I run/jog/gym I will have makeup on 9/10 times. I have a picture of myself at the finish line of every race I've done. What. The. F. Does that have to do with you?
