I have been having this same issue that last couple days! This is going on almost 2 weeks of issues, first not syncing consumed calories from MFP to Bodymedia but now not syncing exercise from Bodymedia to MFP unless I unlink and reconnect! Very frustrating!!!!!

The last day it worked for me was 11/2 also.

I couldn't lose weight very well without being on and anti-depressant. I have been back on Zoloft for over a year and I have lost over 40lbs. I lost the first 20 without really trying.

I always log to the best that I can, no matter what I eat. Everything that goes into my mouth gets logged (an estimate at the very least). :) Then I just move forward. Everyday is new.

When I was in school everyone called them girl pushups. My kids' gym teacher calls them modified pushups. BTW, my 7 year old is proud that she doesn't have to do modified pushups. Now me on the other hand, I can barely do one. Still at the beginning of changing my lifestyle.

My mom passed away at 63 from a peri-rectal abcess (caused by an ingrown hair) because her body could not fight the infection due to her diabetes and heart problems which were caused by being Obese her whole adult life. I will accomplish my weightloss goals once and for all. My life is not half over at 31 years old!

Today I spent 1.5 hours shoveling snow and only took a couple few minute breaks AND my back doesn't hurt! Granted my arms and shoulders will be sore tomorrow. :)

Whenever I have red itchiness under by breasts (44I), I have hubby put baby powder under there at bedtime every night until it is cleared up. It's usually caused by excess moisture. Hope that helps!

I would agree that they are a little dry. Definitely not as good as a homemade one. But for 90 calories, I can't beat that!

Generally speaking, depending on the exercising, you gain muscle. Muscle burns more fat. So, in the long run you may be losing more weight with exercise because your body is better able to do so.
