Thanks yall! I quit smoking a while back, and while MFP has me at like 2100 a day im trying to keep it to 1850 a day and at the start of the year, me and my sparring partner are gonna kick it into overdrive and do something!

Big, always big spoon. I have this thing about trying to eat necks and shoulders.

I wear mine when sparring or at the gym (when ever I manage to get in) but I have a pair of the sports goggles someone mentioned for competitive games. They look a little silly, but dont fog and are super clingy to my face so they wont fly off.

I am going to start working out more in the evening, it fits my work schedual I am thinking of trying out p90X or going running but I have to be careful XD the neighborhood around me is a little wonky.

OH! and I have quit smoking and cut my alcohol consumption in half. Big steps here.

I know the feeling here, I am 21 and 275 I am trying to lose a ton of weight and am pretty scared of the end results just being a mass of saggy skin. I just started my diet a little while ago and joined MFP today, glad there are others feeling the same way and im not alone. Hope to find some useful advice here.
