  • u can add me to i know how u feel i to going through the change so i think we have to try harder i go to the gym 6 days a week for 1 or 1 1/2 hours a day i just started 3 week ago n i have lost 4 lbs in the first two weeks so i say that great n i also changed my eating habits so i wish u well n hope to see progress posted…
  • your best bet is to stop eating after 5 or 6 pm n if u can walk after u eat thats also helps to i wish u luck if i can do this so can anyone
