Let's do it! I am going on vacation for my 35th birthday the Saturday before Thanksgiving and need this challenge. Goal is to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and track in MFP every day...lose 12 lbs.

Need this today...black pants are tight again and feeling icky. But...I am grateful for many things...new friends, green tea, Pandora, lots of work to be done, that my dog wants to hang out with me, Mary Kay, 3 day work weeks, that I can always begin again when I am ready. Thanks!

Lowfat cottage cheese and either pineapple chunks, blueberries or sliced peach topped with a tablespoon of walnuts. It will fill you up for a bit and is delish. Drink more water and you will snack less. Good luck!
