Mine schedule is flexible too... and it is freaking hot here, so any day is a good water day for me right now!

They were right on average for me. Some weeks I lose less and some I lose more, but it all equals about what they suggested.

Yeah, I have a friend who has lost as much as I have and she likes to look down her nose at everyone now... It is the same with anyone who has stopped a bad behavior... it comes off as being "oh, look at me" to people who aren't in the mindset to stop whatever the behavior is. I never liked hearing about anyone dieting…

remember that people feel judged all the time... you talking about working toward a healthier weight might make even friends who are not over weight feel judged.

I'm shorter, but I based my goal on my GP's suggested weight range... I am 4ft 11in and she suggested between 85-105 as my weight range. I would do what feels right to you or ask your Dr... Also, you can look at the Tools here on MFP to get an idea of a suggested weight range.

You should log your food and exercise and stay at or around your target for each day... Look at your net calories... Net calories are the calories you have eaten minus the calories you burned exercising. NET calories are what count here.

I am always over on protein... but I don't really worry too much about it. I think they keep that set low.

Things like this happen to most people. Do you notice the big loss right after your TOM? That is what usually happens for women.

I am way too far away here in east tx... but I love walking/jogging/talking with people. This place is so nice for meeting people who understand how it feels working toward fitness goals.

Hey! Wishing you loads of luck... I have lost a lot of weight... and I get asked even by Drs. if I had surgery... Which I find offensive since I didn't and they look at me like "yeah right"...
