Personally, I only track plain water. No flavoring, no powder mixes. I might add lemon or cucumber, I think to get an accurate idea of how much water I'm consuming it's easier to log only "pure" water.

I use a PF as my gym, because it's cheap, and honestly I think that it's probably situation where every gym is different.
