I've been a vegetarian for 14 years and I usually go OVER my protein since I've been tracking here on MFP. I do the veggie "meats" and at this very moment, I'm munching on walnuts. We also do chickpeas, black beans, veggies, etc. Quinoa is also really great to eat, too, for protein!

I think that is my problem, too. I walk by someone's office here at work and grab 2-4 Hershey's Kisses, and I usually note them. But sometimes, I forget. Then I complain that I'm on Day #37 and have "only" dropped 2-4 pounds. UGH...... Okay, going to be more disciplined to create a bigger deficit!

Love that! LOL

HAHAHA, I'm quite enjoying it myself!

If you got rid of it once, you can do it again! :) Confucius once said, "It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you don't stop." This is what I tell myself when I feel like my weight loss isn't moving quickly enough. In other words, keep going and never give up! Serena @ Thrift Diving

A banana and a 1T of peanut butter (for breakfast!)

I haven't gotten that far along in my progress to have a "cheat" day. Plus, I don't believe in restricting the type of food I eat anyhow. I just eat it when I want, but in much smaller portions (think one slide of pizza versus three).

Yep, I just joined, too! I am losing 20. Only 16 more to go!
