I'd have to say - after about 3 weeks (4 weeks tops) of "choking" down water, working out 20-30 minutes a day, and watching my intake - my craving have disappeared. HOWEVER - if I have extra calories and it is sunday night - then I still give into pizza. I dont think they every go away! But my craving just don't overpower…

It's your recipe - you decide. So if you said that it was 4 servings, then 1/4 of what you made/entered into the recipe is one serving. So if you made 6 cups total then 1.5 cups would be one serving. Hope that helps!

I would suggest you don't count it in your daily lifestyle but definitely count it on days you work. You ARE burning calories and you need to account for them. And ... I can't believe I'm saying this ... sometimes a work out helps to "sweat" it out. Vitamin C is necessary - drink the juice, get supplements for next time - try some chicken broth too :-) Feel better soon!
