I am definitely curious if you get any good responses! I am a basement boxer. I have my own punching bag and i have a couple 20 minute routines that I created to do in my basement. I LOVE it - great stress reliever, however also VERY exhausting. It took me a while to get up to a 20 minute routine. Still love it! Good luck…

I eat back most of the time. I think the catch depends on the total number of calories a day. No matter what you need to eat 1200 calories a day minimum. Soooooo I always eat a least enough to be there. I am NEVER under 1200 calories, because that is just unhealthy and in starvation mode. For me my MFP says 1340 calories a…

I just complete w1d3 maxed at 11 for a total of 44 today! Kind of thinking of doing w1d3 one more time before starting w2.

My two favorites are - 60 calorie fudgesicles. delicious. And then there are 90 calorie snickers ice cream bars - they are the mini-size but taste perfect. Lastly, i forgot about good old fat free sugar free pudding mixed with skim milk. Yum!

I say don't count it. It is something you body is used to - part of your day. I only count things that are above my norm. So, if one day you forgot something in your car and had to go all the way back down and then up again, count that because the is abnormal. It is really your discretion. Everybody has their own answer.…

Yep Nike+ should be more accurate. Just like WeightWars said - it watches your footfall where as the treadmill is just in constand motion!
