I am loving this website! I have lost 4 1/2 lbs in just 3 weeks since I started on the site, and although I am watching what I eat and counting calories, etc, I am not feeling hungry all the time. Before joinin the site, I had lost only 4 lbs in 3 months (and I was starving myself to death!).

THANKS so much! I am happy to see there is someone else out there like me. Has been so difficult to quit two things.. like my whole life has changed. I'm getting there though. I feel so much better.

I was feeling exactly how you are just a few weeks ago. Try not being so impatient with the weight loss, paying too much attention to the scales will be frustrating. What I have done the last couple of weeks is up the amount of calories I am burning. This seems to be helping out a lot and I am not so hungry anymore! GOOD…

I quit smoking over 6 months ago and since then have put on some weight. Trying to look good and be healthy all around, but sure seems more difficult to diet without smoking. Anyone ever had this problem before? How did you overcome it? THANKS to all, sheri steele
