I think excercise is refreshing and makes you feel better after you start a regular routine. I feel so tired and lazy when I'm not excercising but feel like I have more energy when I am.

Have you discussed blood work wth your doctor? Could be a problem with your thyroid, and in the case of excercise, it could speed up whatever problems you have with your thyroid. It may be nothing but muscle gain, or something else. But I would still consider getting a physical done at your doctor's office just to be sure.

Dark chocolate in moderation is actually very healthy. There are studies that show that if you eat one small square several times a week, it will actually help prevent heart attacks (and possibly even strokes):smile: So, indulge occasionally. :flowerforyou:

I lost about the same amount and didn't think anyone had noticed either: then, people started calling me "little". That was when I relealized that I had made a difference.. just noone said anything yet.

AWESOME.. it is about time they let people know what they are eating. I am still amazed by how many people walk around with no clue the junk they are putting in their bodies every day.

IT is so much harder to lose weight when you are lighter than it was when you were heavier. You have done great! and YOu are so beautiful!. Work on maintaining your current weight, then you will eventually be able to get out of the plateau you are on.

Good luck! Please don't starve yourself though, and keep yourself hydrated when working out. If you work out, your muscles need water. And if you starve yourself you will put your body into starvation mode and it will store calories instead of burn them. Congrats on your man coming home! HOW EXCITING!

Remember that working out builds up muscle tone, and muscle weight is more than fat. My sister has been working out for 12 weeks and has only lost 1 pound. BUT: the good news: she has lost 4 inches around her waist and is healthy and looks good. Pounds aren't everything.
