1200 calories per day seems low to me and it may be causing your body to slow metabolism because of that. After hitting a plateau I find that I have to have a "big" meal to fool my body back into the weight-loss mode. By big, I mean 1,250 or so calories for that meal and I still avoid the fried / fatty foods (so that I don't miss them going forward). Of course its not the same as Crunchy Skippy but it sure fits the bill for similar taste at 1/4 the calories. I bought it as a prank 2 months ago and then tried it... haven't looked back since and I can see weight loss results in the meantime. I prefer it on a banana or in a smoothie.
