I have lost 30 pounds and when I look at comparison photos of myself I can't see any difference. But I can tell I have lost weight, my clothes are all baggy and my face is looking thinner. Just keep it up. The changes will be noticeable soon, 23 pounds is a lot!

I know the feeling. I have been losing weight for about 3 months, and have been off of sweets for that long.
