I've fallen and I can't get up...lol. I fell off the last few days, but with the weekend here, I plan to make up most of my workouts and start my Week 3 of burn by Monday. Boy has it been a busy week. Now I know that isn't a good excuse, but I'm trying to be accountable.

Wow! 2 sets of twins! Amazing! I could imagine a lot of us in our 40's are going through some symptoms of perimenopause. That's why we all need to support each other and share what worked for some. We can all get through this together!

I'm always hungrier when I lift weights. I find that it's important that I have healthy options ready to go or I might eat something that I'm not supposed to.

Just finished CLX Burn 2 and Ab Burner. My arms are so sore, probably because they are so weak. I can really see a difference in my strength from week 1 to 2. My goal is to get off my knees when doing push-ups!

You caught the fever!! Isn't it fun? I have never taken a live class, but I could imagine after doing Zumba Rush fo a while, it's got to be easier to catch on. I really thought I wouldn't like the swing songs, but I've found that even those routines are a lot of fun!

Just finished CE Burn 3 and 20 minutes Zumba Rush! Loving it!! BTW, does anyone have the ChaLean Extreme Advanced workouts. I think it's an upgrade to the original workouts with 7 new workouts. Love to hear about it and how or if it can be purchased separately.

I am on my first week of the Burn phase of ChaLean Extreme. I am going to continue for the 3 months, which is right on time for summer. I was also interested in Turbo Fire and may reward myself with it after I finish my goal with CE. I would love to see or hear about others results also!!

Just finished Burn Intervals and Ab burner with 305 calories burned. I am so happy that there is a timer on the bottom of the screen. Just when I think I've had enough, I realize I'm almost done and push on through!!

Don't sweat it if you don't have great coordination, just do it and have fun. You will eventually catch on and heck you are at home, so just let go!
