I use cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes. Just cook the cauliflower and drain it well. Toss it into your blender or use a potato masher. You can add a bit of butter or margarine to taste if you wish. I did try adding a bit of skim milk but it got too thin. You have to adjust it for your own family. However mine seems…

I am using the MFP calories of 1200 but sometimes don't quite meet the total. I am usually close though. My biggest problem is getting enough walking in. I'm going to keep trying . The knees keep giving out. I am trying to get a few more steps each day.

Mine fluctuates too. That is why I only record the official weigh in at TOPS. I can gain a pound just walking out to the car LOL! I would suggest you pick the same time each week and take your weight then. Sometimes measurments are a better indication of how you are doing. Hang in there . Joyce

I got mine on Friday as a gift and so far just love it. I didn't shower with it though. From what you say I guess I could cause I have a tough time getting it connected again. I find it makes you very aware of everything you are doing. I don't have a phone that I can sync it with but can use our computer. Good luck!
